Is anyone here taking baby aspirin daily?

I am, this is baby number 4 for me. My last pregnancy with my daughter I was diagnosed with preeclampsia at 37 weeks so they had me start taking it at 13 weeks this time.

I totally understand! This is baby #3 and also our first girl & last baby and I feel like I stress over everything now.

Yeah, they say it’s used to prevent pre-eclampsia .. I think I’m just being a little over protective. It’s my first daughter and I want everything to be okay.. I’m very cautious . I want her to be nice and healthy and the thought of taking aspirin just scares me☹️

I am! I took it last pregnancy with my youngest son and with my current pregnancy. I was told to take it in the early weeks to help from miscarrying. My doctor kept me on it after that though. I think he said I could stop taking it a few weeks before birth. I didn't realize it was also used for helping with pre e and high blood pressure which is something that I had with my first son & on occasion at my appointments my blood pressure tends to be high! I'm the same way though, I hate taking meds while pregnant!

Well, my situation is a little weird.. my last pregnancy I was fine up until labor.. I fainted/ had a seizure cause of my blood pressure. This pregnancy they want me to take it just in case to prevent it from happening again.. although we don’t know exactly why it happened..
