Hours of sleep. ...
How many hours of sleep do you personally need to be really productive the next day? Apparently anything under seven is just not going to cut it for me, but seven or more and my mood and energy levels feel more balanced.
My dh can get on with for his and at five he's great!
I get 6.5-7 hours every day. I go to bed at midnight and up at 7 every morning.
6-7 hours. As long as I sleep until 5-6am.
I need about 9 hours and I’m good to go. Less than 8 and I just feel bleh.
@tbree121, That’s Beau! He slept 2-5am for 22 months 😩😩. He goes to bed early now but still wakes several times an hour! Like an infant. And he’s gonna be 4yo 🤦🏼♀️
@red don't you have a child who almost never sleeps, has that improved at all?
I can get by on as little as 3 hours, but I crash extremely early the next night.
9 hours and I feel well rested, I get between 6 and 7 on average
8-9 hours, luckily I get that every night. I love sleeping! Dh can sleep for 4-5 hours and be fine
I need a good nine hours but get like 2/3 of that. I run on Grace lol
Eight hours for your brain to completely regenerate its cells.
I have no idea. I’ve never gotten enough sleep to know 😩

My seven boys🤗
Is it normal for my one month up to be awake more then sleeping and taking an hour nap sometimes ...?
If you get more then 4 hours of sleep I'm jealous 😭😭😭😭

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
WOOHOOO!!
My girl slept 12 straight hours lastnight!! Mama got 8 whole hours of uninterrupted sleep!!! Really hope this wasn't a fluke lol
As long as it’s uninterrupted sleep, a couple hours will do
