Looking for a house to buy in our area but pretty much everything is above of what we can afford. Found one but we don't have enough for the down payment. My bf likes the condo better and I'm actually leaning towards it. Is a condo good?

Condos are good if you don’t mind sharing a yard, driveway, and walls. I personally have to have my own space.
I say wait til you can afford what you want. There’s no point in paying for somewhere you won’t be really happy.
