This guy is driving 7 hrs to buy my car because he needs one bad. Do you think anyone driving 7 hrs would be looking to scam someone at 10 am?
I’m glad my husband is here to do this sale later cause I would have no idea how to do the process.
I’m just praying it all goes well and I can be in a better car for me and my son by Monday.
@floralfairy, I mentioned all of that in my post so he can’t have any issues there. What you mean have proof? Like he post I made on social media to sell it. That proof?
@redheadedmonster, I didn’t even mention cash only. I just assume that’s what people bring 🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️ oh well my bank is literally up the street if it’s a check we cashing that thang before he get this title. I don’t play my husband is crazy he license to carry and his trigger finger is quicker then his brain 😂 not in a bad way in a protective way like my husband will do anything to protect me especially in this situation.
@_sheriee, my city a little wired I have to do it at my house I stay in an apt complex so he don’t know the exact number we meeting at the front by the office. He said he needed it really bad I just get paranoid with things like this. I’ve never sold anything for a high price... but it’s also a good deal 🤷🏽♀️
Idk but he definitely not got getting the title or anything until I get the money.
Or better yet, have him meet your husband at your bank to look at the car. That way the cash can be checked and deposited there. If you mention that and he’s hesitant, you’ll know something is up.
@redheadedmonster, I e worked with money since I was 16 I’m also married to a veteran who now works worth money. We both can tell if it’s real or fake I know all the little tricks.
ONLY accept cash. And honestly, I’d be markin those bills with one of those fake money pen thingies they use in stores. You can get em at like walmart, staples, etc
A family member drove to Dallas from Houston to get her car cash from someone cause she reaaaalllly wanted that car & it was a steal. So it could be legit!
