@jameciaowens950, congrats on your baby!! And I agree with you my OB said to make sure we keep taking them after baby is born since baby will suck up most of our nutrients.
@raqueliiosiis I take the same prenatal vitamins as well very good one's 👍
I'm 8weeks 3days this will be my 4th baby start taking prenatal vitamins as soon as possible I took them with all my kid's soon as I found out I was pregnant very important in the first trimester of pregnancy I take them all the way up until due date and a lil after it's good for you even after being pregnant good luck lil lady and congrats welcome to motherhood😊😉
If the pills end up makeing you sick then try the gummy prenatals. Easier on the stomach.
As soon As we found out or when you able to start, I have to the prenatal with iron so I'm not taking to much iron while I'm pregnant and I also checked with my OB Doctor too because I'm anemic.
When ever you are able to. I am so bad at takimg them still. They mad me sick in the 1st trimester.
I started them as soon as I found out I was pregnant. I take the one a day ones with folic acid so I take two pills daily.
As soon as you get that positive. Although I will say that I was sick a little bit in first trimester and took flinestone vitamins instead and then when I wasn’t sick anymore I switched to prenatal gummies.
Ideally when trying to conceive. Otherwise once you find out. It was really hard getting pregnant with my last baby- so I had a long time of prenatals while TTC then while pregnant. I tried so many brands and they all made me sick except the Naturemade gel capsules. This pregnancy I didn’t start until I found out. But it’s okay :)
