Good for you to go to the ER to get look at and I hope you got your answer you been waiting for.

That’s how I find out I was pregnant with my son Maximus when I went to the ER and the nurse did a urine test and the doctor did blood work and the urine come back negative and the blood come back positive, the doctor order a ultrasound to be done to confirm I was pregnant sure enough I was and I was 10weeks almost 11 and I didn’t know I was pregnant.

I’m sorry OP but if you’ve taken 12 pregnancy tests and should be around 8 weeks you’re probably not pregnant... by now your body would produce enough HCG to turn a test positive. However if you are dehydrated then go to the drs and get looked at BUT wasting resources to get a blood test is ridiculous. Planned parenthood (like mentioned above) will do them for you they open really early you don’t even have to make an appt you just have to wait a little longer if you walk in.

Drs don’t usually see you for the first time until your 12 weeks, unless there’s a reason to see you earlier.

@angelreaper171, free clinics like planned parenthood can run blood tests for you. The ER is unnecessary.

This is all very confusing. All I know is that its a great waste of time and resources to treat people in the ER for non emergencies.

How do you not know if your pregnant? I agree with Cams, get a cheap pregnancy test. I would stay away from the emergency room, and call your dr in the morning.

I was tolled if over 12hrs of keeping liquids down and 24 hrs for solids. Not sure how long it's been for you.

You shouldn’t be going to the ER unless you’re severely dehydrated. You’re more likely to catch something being there since you’re already healthy. And just an FYI Walmart and dollar general/tree sell pregnancy tests for less than $1.
