I have a little under two weeks till baby girl will be here. Anybody got any advice for a planned induction? I was induced last time around but my water had already been broken for a couple days so it was a bit of a different situation.
I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Things I never thought I'd say... Until I became a mom:
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

@aimhighemily I hope it goes smoothly for you! My friend had a similar situation with her daughter last January and it did not seem like a pleasant time. I would say be as active as possible these last days or whatever. Try to help with the labor.

@aimhighemily Oh! well I have been induced with all 3 of my children so far, my water doesn't like to break on its own.. but I can say all 3 labors were different and I'm sure this one with my 4th will be too.

I was induced at my last Dr visit due to high bp @ 39-4 and it went pretty smoothly for me was over in under 10 hrs

Is there a reason you're getting induced so soon? I'm just curious because I'm 30 weeks and I have so much to do before my baby, and I worry they'll induce me early too!

I was induced both pregnancies... No advice, just use being in the known to have everything as organized as possible. Kinda a advantage.

@bulmabreigh3, thank you! How long did it end up taking? It took 12 ish hours with my first. All they did was give me pitocin though.
