It’s Amish country so you might find some great roadside produce stands. There are also shopping outlets near there. I’m not too sure what is kid friendly other than Sesame Place though.

Lang Horne is not Amish Country. That’s Lancaster, PA. And philly really isn’t an hour from Sesame Place. It’s maybe 15-20 minutes. Now as far as things to do like zoo or museums yea those are further. There’s a BounceU out that way (trampoline park) and a huge bowling alley with arcade and laser tag call Brunswick XL.
