They hurt so bad!!!

I got one in each butt cheek the dtap side doesnt hurt but the rogam side does.. But now im kinda stressin cuz im getting some pretty intense cramping but its upper not lower super painful to move or stand

Mine didn't hurt at all for some reason. She gave me mine in a good spot I guess..
