@brookecoker77... I actually went in last November to do it. When you first talk to you Dr about it and sign your forms your surgery can't be sooner than 30 days from it by law incase you change your mind..so heads up with that... I came into hospital ..they put me in my gown did my blood work pee test ect. ..I was waiting on anesthesia to come.. my husband and son went to eat...4 hrs later waiting.. Dr came in and I was like I won't need anesthesia I'm falling asleep for you..jk jk...he said well your not getting anesthesia today..I'm like we'll I'm not having surgery with out it. He said well your not having surgery either. I raised up like why wth is wrong with me!!?!! ( not thinking I'm pregnant at all I took a test not long ago to make sure) .. he's like we'll your pregnant!! I screamed what so loud that my husband came rushing in bc he heard me and he was headed back to my room ahaha ( secretly I was thrilled bc the night before me and husband started feeling unsure and I was like well there will still be a small chance I can get pregnant so if it's meant to be it will be) .. so it was meant to be😊😊😊😊 ..then all the nurses came in laughing saying we knew the whole time we just werent aloud to tell you. Im like wow do make me lay in this bed for 4 hrs waiting 😑...but I couldn't of been happier!! Plus my daughter was so happy bc she wanted another sibling ahaha... But financially it would be unfair to my children to have anymore babies after number 3 so I do plan on going back in after this one..I told doc see you soon 😅😅...
I plan on getting mine tied after this pregnancy, this will be my second child. We have a 2 year old girl already and I most definitely dont want anymore after this one, lol.
We just had our third and feel three is enough for us. I was supposed to have mine done in the hospital after I had our last child but things didn’t work out schedule wise so I have to wait the six weeks.
We wanted a boy and we got him our third time around. Birth control wasn’t an option I got pregnant for him on birth control. I didn’t want to take that chance again
