OK. So I'm struggling to pump even an ounce. I know he can get more out than a pump but he's refusing to latch today. Any advice on how to build my supply? I know I need to pump more. Are the cookies worth it? It's like 3 dollars for one bag and I don't wanna spend money on something that doesn't work.

Gatorade always works for me! I've heard oatmeal helps too ☺

I just had a doctors appointment and got a prescription to get a breast pump. But I don't know where to fill a prescription for a breast pump. I have two insurances. Blue cross and blue shield, and United Health Care. I know United Heath Care pays for one 100%. But my OBGYN has a boutique that sells them but they said they can't fill the prescription. Has anyone else gone through this and know what to do? I'm lost.
