Best eyeliner color for blue eyes and pale skin?

I have blue eyes and I use black eyeliner. Brown looks good as well especially if your fair skinned

Buying makeup. It's becoming a serious issue as I have no where else to store it!!!! I've filled 2 giant cases and the only drawer in my vanity. I don't even wear most of it, but I'm like James Woods. Ooooo a piece of makeup. Ooooo another piece of makeup?????

If you were told to completely clear out your makeup bag and were only allowed to keep *3 products* for a more natural/lighter look what would you keep? What are your top three staples? And what are some products you use a lot BUT know it is something you could definitely go without.
