Here's some tips for using mom.life!
1. You can subscribe to any post and be notified about new icons by tapping the bell icon at the top of a post. Any time someone likes the post, or comments, you will receive a notification!
2. It is possible to share any post with another user in a private message by tapping the paper airplane icon, then selecting the user.
3. You can make your profile private by going to profile, settings, privacy, and turning on "private profile"
4. You can make public posts from a private profile, or vice versa, by selecting the way you want to post. This is available on the screen that comes up after you add your message/photos for your post.
5. You can tag users in posts/comments by using the @ symbol and their username. This will notify them that they've been tagged, and they can go to the post or comment from their profile notifications section.
6. Using a hashtag in a post or comments will let users tap it and see all posts/comments that contain the specific hashtag.

@newlyironman, No, but you can tap the bell icon on a post to be notified when people comment on the post, so you can keep up.

So I got reported on another post. Didn’t do any name calling or anything. No nasty words. I spoke my opinion. I got some generated mom bot thing saying I broke community rules. Is there someone who can look into said post? I feel that I was unfairly attacked and sent to “timeout” because a ML’er didn’t like it.
Are original ML’s treated as a priority? Definitely seems that way.

Here’s the thing about the bell thing. Unless you’re here 24/7 to actually see and follow the post, you’ll never see it because by the time you get on hours later it’s gone. There’s never anything going on but then I find out there is something going on except that post is impossible to find.

@angienickel, I am an “Original ML” and I can tell you I have gotten that message before 😂 it just gets sent out if someone feels insulted by something and reports it but you aren’t in trouble. I didn’t get banned from anything. No one gets treated special either. I do see since the merge people have posted that Mom Life users are being rude but I guess I’m not on here enough to see it? I thought we were all getting along. It’s just an app
