I didnt when I got a csection because I didnt know.and I wish I had.itmakes a difference.so with my vbac I did and I felt better about it. I say it depends on the way you deliver

@muxvil, my doctors office just switched they’re cups to even SMALLER ones and I’m like... 😳 dont get mad if no pee ends up in there Dr, it’s a pretty small target 😂

I think they only trim if you have a C-section

When I was induced I ended up needing a csection and they shaved the top part a bit, they never trimmed down there or anything until then and I honestly trim or shave that area once every few months
