I’m breastfeeding my seven month old daughter! Every time I pump I only get 2.5oz from each side total. I’m wanting to go back to work asap. Any advice on how to get more? I usually only pump once a day and freeze it due to her latching throughout the day!
Ladies I called my insurance about breast pump and they said with their insurance in order to get a pump I get a prescription from doctor then I call 3 different numbers to see what my insurance covers but the only thing is I have to wait til baby is born to call and get pump so I want to at least buy a hand pump which do you ladies recommend for hand pump and when I can get a pump from insurance please n thank you 💖💖

How do I produce more milk? I used to pump 5oz...now I’m pumping barely 3oz within two days and getting less. I’m pumping every two hours.

That's on the higher end of average. Just keep nursing and pumping when you can. You'll always be pumping for the next days supply so you don't need to go hog wild on stash if you can't. Having 16-24oz is a good starting point to have saved for work.
