Is icy hot okay to use during pregnancy ? I have knots all in my neck and shoulders.

My high risk doctor gave me the okay to use it on my hips and back

Check to make sure there’s no asa in it that’s aspirin because maybe formulas are different but in general it is suppose to be ok

Go see a chiropractor! They could do some prenatal massage and adjustments!!
