What can I do about this? He's in size 4 Luvs and the fastener part rubs on his legs. He's around 25 or 26 pounds and nowhere close to the lowest weight for size 5 diapers. I have a couple size 5 training underwear (like pull ups) that don't have a fastener. I got them as samples in the mail and they are huge on him. How can I minimize rubbing and irritation without compromising fit?

@marzuniversal if that doesn't work because it's too big then I'd put oil in those spots to see if it helps with the rubbing
@taylorsmommy1017, @mama_of_one, I'll see if I can find our stash of 5s. We have like 2 boxes worth of 4 and half a box of 5s.
@autism.mommy, he gets diaper rash super easy from any other brand.
Have you tried switching brands? Somtimes that helps.
If the size 5 really doesn't fit maybe you can try putting some oil on those spots to help
