so i just recently got a new job. well after they hired me my boss called me before i even started on the floor and said that a few of the girls had been coming in a 2am and leaving @10am so she asked if i was able to do that a few times. i said sure. she said it wouldn’t be long. sooo i look at my schedule when i FIRST start and i work 2am-12am 2 days a week and the other two days are normal shift hours. so i decided i would try to get a night shift nurse to come help us full time. she works ONE DAY and QUITS. WTFFFFFF. so here i am at work at 2am and i look at my schedule and they change the f***** thing again!!!!!! so now i’m working 2am-12am more and she put me down for a 2am-2pm. like wtf. i have an 8 month old baby i can’t keep waking up at 2am. can they change the schedule without u approving?!?!?

Yes they can change the schedule without you approving. I've had jobs that did that mid week on me. Then I would get a no call no show because I would be scheduled a day that previously that week I was off. I flipped out when that happened like nope. I even had a photo of the schedule before they changed it. They had changed it right after I had clocked out the day before.
My boss has been slowly cutting my hours back. So this week I work TWO DAYS and she is refusing to give me the full schedule for the month yet I think everyone else has it? She just said "I put you on for two days this week. 4 hr shifts each..let me know how you're feeling." I think its because the pregnancy? I had a fall but I've been fine and nothing in regards to what I do at work has changed. I'm not sure how its legal... what if she fires me this week..I'm so confused??
So I scheduled my appointment for the Mirena IUD.. hopefully this works for me🤞🏽
on the 6th October I did 2 test with 2 lines , 3rd test was clear blue digital and was positive 2-3 weeks I was waiting for a month for a midwife appointment.. so yesterday I started bleeding went today for a scan and they go to me no sac .. but can see a cyst or a sac outside the womb so therefore she did another test there and it was negative .. she said if it was positive it would have been ectopic pregnancy but because it was negative she said it's miscarriage.

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I work night shift, 6pm till 2am or later. My boyfriend works days, so he's gone when the kids get up. That puts me getting up early with the kids. I'm so over tired there are days that I can't function. I'mthinking about quitting. Letting my boyfriend go back to working 2 jobs (he likes it better that way). But that puts him not being home at all and me being home all the time. But he'll be happier and I'll have more sleep. I'm just not sure what to do. There's down sides with either choice.
You should check your state laws. We can not change a schedule without permission if that work week has already begun.
