I’ve been gaining weight fast, got a tummy and kinda been feeling movement just don’t know if it’s in my mind at the drs now getting checked just wanted to see if it has happened

I have been pregnant after implantation bleeding and multiple negatives, but not after true periods. I hope your Dr has some answers for you- and if you’re TTC I hope you get your BFP soon!
