I'm having weird uterin spasms. Like a tremble that lasts a couple seconds. What is this? Is it normal? Should I worry?

How far along are you maybe it’s Braxton Hicks contractions. They kind of feel like a charley horse that’s slow in your belly it will get hard like a basket ball then slowly release . Make sure your very well hydrated and try resting a bit and see if I subsides if it doesn’t and they come 5 mins or closer go to ld

@mamacheybb, no this is more like a quick tremble that last a couple seconds with no pain at all. Like if the baby shivered or something. I have definitely been having contractions just not consistent. Last Tuesday I was dilated to a 3 and thinned out 70%. I am 36weeks and 1 day. I went into pre term labor at 31 weeks.

Maybe it’s hiccups? But I have had people mention a tremble or similar before but they didn’t know why .

36-1 is still a really good time if you were to give birth my second daughter was born at that point and was 5lb 11 oz

@mamacheybb, oh my goodness yes. She is so strong. She has started to slow down on movement but I'm sure it's the space. Shea getting bigger. Right now I am having bad pains. No constant contractions but more back pain. My mom says it's because of the full moon. But who knows lol. I'm anxious to see her. But only God knows when.

@auroraj, that’s really good I always take lots of movement as happy baby they always have told me if baby isn’t happy it won’t be moving around so much , and same when you do the non stress test have you had one ?
