Hello ladies! I came over from Baby Bump. I just started ttc a few months ago. I got pregnant on birth control last October. It was a shock but the baby was very much loved and wanted. I lost it at 9 weeks. After that, I decided I would not go back on birth control. I hate the side effects and how it affects my mood. We were devastated by the loss so we decided we would try for number 4. It took about 6 weeks for my HCG levels to get back to normal. I conceived in March and was very excited. Unfortunately it ended in a chemical pregnancy 4 days after my first positive. The same thing happened to me earlier this month. I have an appointment with my doctor on Tuesday to discuss possible causes. So, that's my story. I hope we all get bfp soon!
@gullible.the.dinosaur I'm from baby bump too!!! I'm sorry about your losses:( fx you get your bfp soon:)
@gullible.the.dinosaur, well if you ever need to talk or have questions feel free to message me. I TTC for two years before being successful
@bebefever94 that's what he thinks. My first 2 pregnancies had some complications. My first was born 5 weeks early due to a placental abruption, and with my second I had IUGR. With my second they had me on progesterone, but they didn't feel I needed it with my third. I had no complications with him. So who knows? I'm definitely ready to figure this out though!
I’m sorry about your loss I experienced a chemical pregnancy a couple years ago coming off birth control. I believe it was that my body didn’t know how to regulate it’s own progesterone (hormone that supports pregnancy) anymore since the birth control had produced it for me. Has your doctor checked your levels once you conceived? You may just need hormonal support
@mrs.bowers1304 hey thanks!
