@alexusasia420 thank you, so far so good I unpacked a few more boxes at the new place and we are back at the old place finishing up the cleaning and shampooing the carpets. We were sitting out on the stoop taking a break and some guy was eyeballing the for rent sign so we let him come in and check the place out and gave him a heads-up about the neighborhood, LOL.
