Idk if iam over reacting due to my hormones but this has been bothering me ever since so on Friday I went to pick up my son form preschool due to a dentist appointment he had & when I got there it was lunch time they were having pizza , popcorn and ice cream my son was so excited and wanted to eat and hungry of course and I told the teacher aid if he could take his plate so he can eat it in the car & she replied “NO HE COULD NOT HAVE IT ”😳😳 & I’m just standing there like what in tf ??? Are you kidding me ?? And she tells me it’s the schools rules 🧐🤨🤨 my son was so sad when she ask him to the put the popcorn bag down 🤯🤯🤯 maybe I’m just tripping??? Idk do all the schools not allowed food to be taken home & why ???? 🤔🤔

My mom works for a preschool and I’ll ask her but I know their school is strict on the foods they feed them and the popcorn and ice cream are probably foods the teachers brought. But that’s only speaking from my experience through my mom. And if that’s the case the teacher should have let him put the popcorn in his bag instead of being a witch about it

Were the kids already eating and he wasn't allowed to, or had they not served it yet? If they hadn't served other children, it makes sense why they would say no, you can't feed one child before the rest since he won't be present for the actual lunch hour. If they were already eating and he wasn't allowed, I would definitely demand to speak to the director.
However, I wouldn't ever get so emotional over a policy that I smack a teacher who probably didn't make said policy.

I really doubt everyone that is saying “smack the teacher next time” really wants her to smack the teacher 🙄🙄🙄 bajesus, you guys take things too seriously 😐
