Ok so slight cramping across my tummy really uncomfortable and having the feeling where I have to run to bathroom but nothing happens . Labor ?? Possibly ? At least the start ?

I would take a nice warm bath with a glass of water and see how it makes you feel. It could be! I didn’t feel contractions until my water broke and by then I was already pretty far along (I was induced too). Maybe call your doctor when they open? If you start feeling pressure or the cramps increase, go to labor and delivery. At 40 weeks, it very well could be labor.
How far along are you? It could be Braxton Hicks or contractions. Drink lots of water and lay down and see if they go away. Make sure to time them too. If they are irregular than not real. If they are increasing in pain and coming in smaller increments then probably real ones.
