Ouch I’m sorry 😢 I don’t have Psoriasis...yet. My dad’s didn’t kick in until he was 30 so it’s probably coming for me.

I was diagnosed when I was 25. I'll be 29 in July. Do you take turmeric supplements? I hear those are helpful but I haven't tried it yet
