My son has really bad eczema any moms have some home remedies I cant try?

@austinsmommy yeah I do the Aveeno one and the doctor give us hydrocortisone and 2 other I forgot the name of it. It's like really bad from his face down I'm going to have to try the oatmeal bath everyone keeps telling me about that thank you so much!
