What birth control is even safe for you? I'm not sure if I wanna get my tubes tied. I'm thinking about the best way after my baby is born to not have anymore.
I have the iud. I was going to get my tubes tied and the doctor told me the iud was more effective.

I mean hormonal bc is putting unnecessary hormones into your body. So obviously that can cause issues. Some women's bodies work fine with them though. Others are like me and absolutely no hormonal birth control will work as even the slightest fluctuation screws up my body. It kinda depends on you and what you're comfortable with or willing to deal with.
Condoms, spermicide and nfp are all ways that won't bother your hormones though.
