Hate when people other than her dad, try to coparent 🙄

Me and my sons dad we are not together and we are working on coparenting together

Asking for a friend. (for real). Lol

If you were no longer with your children's father but you two continue to coparent ...(you never let go the hope of one day being a family again) and you two begin have legit family time with you and the kids...would you feel like it is a lead on that maybe things can go back to how they were before? ( Mind you..he already has a relationship and has a child with her as well).

Coparenting shouldnt be this difficult. It really sucks to not get along w the person u have a child w

How do I do this?? How do I just move on after 14yrs together?? Does the hurt last?? Does the love fade?? How can I coparent with someone I still truly love but can't have anymore?? I just want to scream and punch and cry!!!! I don't want to lose my family. Why can't he love me?? Why are we not enough?? Was I that bad of a wife?? I'm struggling to just look ok with all of this but deep down I'm broken
