I’ve had 3 previous miscarriages. I’m now 40 trying to hold on at 6weeks. Went to the ER after light brown spotting. Not a lot but after my history I could spot the smallest amount. They did ultrasound a found a baby with a strong heartbeat BUT I had more spotting much more noticeable after vaginal ultrasound. I also have a number of fibroids some large in size. I’m trying to stay positive! Strong heartbeat, closed cervix! But I’m worried....

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Hi ladies, I’m tentatively joining this group. I had an ultrasound sound yesterday at 5w5d and it’s TWINS! Babies are measuring 6w and 5w5d! And we were able to see baby a’s tiny little heartbeat! After 2 back to back miscarriages we’ve never seen a heartbeat. I’m absolutely over the moon!
made an emergency room visit because i was cramping and spotting, i wanted them to check on the baby. but instead i found out that the BABIES are measuring perfectly with strong visible heartbeats. i guess it really is twin season y’all 😂 pray for me 😩

Did anything change this last time or was it just divine favor? I got to see a heartbeat this time which gives me so much hope. Before there were always issues like no fetal pole or not developing on time or at all.
