As it turns out one in three women experience urinary incontinence after having a baby. The good news is that urinary control is something that can be regained. In other words, if you wee yourself a little bit (like Kate Winslet), this isn't something you have to live with forever.

Women can regain confidence that they aren't going to accidentally pee during exercise (think running, jumping jacks, CrossFit, etc.), when they sneeze, laugh out loud, or simply when they have to go to the bathroom. Here's how. (Episode 55 of the Fourth Trimester Podcast)

Hi Preggies, We've had some requests from moms who are going through difficult emotional times, before, during and after pregnancy. Some of you may be feeling alone, sad and anxious in an already challenging time. Some members would like to create a group where they can support each other and stay positive when it seems nearly impossible. Anyone interested in joining this group would comment here and then follow those women. Then you can look out for each other and send positive words of encouragement or just lend an open ear. One or two of you could also lead the group as well. Also, if anyone has a counseling background or would like to help out, please join, too. However, if you are feeling completely desperate and have nobody to turn to, please call 911 or another local hotline for help. Best, Preggie_USA

Okay ladies. So let's say you don't have health insurance anymore and you're pregnant can they deny you when you're in labor??? My fiance is freaking out saying his mom is telling him that and now he's stressing out about it.. Also, let's say you were to go into labor somewhere other than where you live.. Can you go to any hospital or does it have to be YOUR hospital????
