@shanique17, yeah like 2.5. I tried the keto eating in January but realized it wasn’t going to work for me but I got serious about my diet and work outs in February
@1stbabyj yea I exercise everyday but I gotta question, if you dont mind me asking, how much weight have you lost?

@shanique17, yeah some, mainly eating less carbs more veggies and drinking more water like I used to
@shanique17, whoops I should’ve put Monday through Friday. I don’t work out on the weekends
@shanique17, yes I’ve been seeing really good results and I’ve become consistent at working out everyday
