Is it normal to not feel like yourself after having a child? It’s been 6 weeks already and I feel.. so different. I don’t feel like me anymore, my body has changed drastically, I look old and exhausted all the time. My life is constant chaos, it feels. My hair is always up and messy, I’m waring sports bras all day with pads so I don’t leak through. I don’t get to shower everyday and I use the restroom probably twice a day. I nearly eat some days. I hear a song on the radio when I do get out of the house and sometimes I feel old inside. I feel my life had forever changed and it has. I just feel so down about these changes.
Just needed to vent somewhere..
@cuevabrandi @crystalhealing I have a 3yr old and I still don't feel like me yet.
Girl yes it’s normal. I’m 5 months PP and I’m a hot mess still lol

I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
What does your uterus feel like? Because right above my pubic bone it’s getting all firm and it feels like there’s veins and I don’t know what it is but it feels really weird. No doctor has confirmed I’m pregnant but I did hear my baby on a Doppler, so is this normal? (Please no rude comments)
Totally normal. But if it gets worse ask your doctor for a therapist referral. It never hurts to have professional support. I didn't feel like myself until 1y pp or more! Give it time, make time for yourself when you can. Let people help w the baby, don't be afraid to dip out for an hour or 2. Ask for help. Nap when you can. Do small things that make you feel yourself again. Your fav show, paint your nails, do your makeup. It gets better!
