@mommy_x3 ugh i hate that. I get cs twice a month one time pays for his phone (his father got him) and the next its usually whatever he wants lately its been going towards clothes for summer snd books hes a simple kid lol

@mommy_x3 that's crazy. Anytime my sons dad was ever back they just took the amount he owed right out of his taxes and he doesnt pat much either. It's the interest that got him.

@boymomx3, my husband was only behind 2 months on child support, which wasn’t much cause he doesn’t really have to pay much but his daughter was with us the 2 months he didn’t pay.. and they took nearly $1000 out of his taxes this year

Did he have the kid more than 60% of the time since November? If so they can do it because he would’ve been considered the main residence.

Thats bullshit you dont have to pay back anything. No judge can or should do that. Like you said it's back child support. Only time child support ever comes out of tax refund is if hes back a certain amount. Ive delt with that for years.
