Iv been experiencing some sort of massive twitch(weird feeling to explain) certain ways I move always on the right side, sometimes I just get it out the blue

@lauramackay2016 i think its just your ligaments stretching and stuff and everything being moved in the wrong direction. Could even be little movements i guess? I never really thought about it i just assumed it was things moving around. 😂 xx
