2 time my mucus plug comes out and I have bad lower back pain and in my private Part too any idea if this maybe labor I'm 36 weeks and 1 day today and I'm already 1 cm dilated since last week any idea if this is normal

At 28weeks i was 1cm my doc said it's normal cuz this is my 4 baby

@heathersampedro87 I know u can stay 1 cm the whole pregnancy the thing that's weird is that my mucus plug came out twicw

The mucus plug regrows. But u can be in laber . if it makes u more at ease then call your doctor or go to the hospital @mrsbustamante

This happen to me a week ago and I had my daughter at 36 weeks exactly. If u feel u need to go to L&D it's always good to go

I had my membranes stripped with my second pregnancy, lost my mucus plug, and felt the same way. Everytime I felt like that it was always BH but I knew what I had a contraction it was time, once I got up my water broke! But always follow your gut, if you feel like you need to go, then go girl!
