Read the instructions on the can. If your doctor gave you instructions to do something differently, I would call him/her because every baby is different and they fortify the milk specifically for your baby's needs.

@jtaylorg, if the pediatrician told you to do something a certain way I'm sure there's a reason so I would. But if that's too strong for her just do it how the can says to.
