So my boyfriend now never had kid, so he doesn’t know how fast a year goes by how fast a kid grows up. My daughter is being more independent and that’s emotional just a little bit for me for a second. He said I miss being in control that’s why I’m emotional and I told him I’m emotional cause I miss the bond from when she was a baby baby , he still thinks it’s because I “miss being in control of things” he doesn’t seem to understand and that’s okay. How should I address this? Anyone else relate?
