Breastfeeding mamas, I nurse my 6 month old to sleep every night since she got home from the hospital. It always ends up being time to eat at bedtime plus it’s comforting to her. I’m curious did your little one break out of that by him or herself or did you have to do it? How does this work? Did you feed solids and eventually just breastfeed for bed to a certain age? I plan on breastfeeding as long as I can that’s comfortable for us I’m thinking 12 months.

@kirstynnicole, breastmilk doesn’t do that to their teeth. Mostly because it’s tailored to what they need. Also there’s 2x LESS sugar in our breastmilk than there is in cows milk. (Which is what is usually in the bottle at night time after 1)
So far, my daughters teeth look good. This year she’ll be going for her first dentist appointment.
