How can you explain to a 3 year old that her “baby brother/sister” doesn’t exist no more?  Thats its not in mommy’s tummy? 💔💔

I would probably just say yes and hope she forgets lol. Tough situation with that kind of stuff.

I haven’t mentioned it since it happens but today she asked me if baby was still in my tummy. I didnt know what to answer. Thank you. @kambam,

I kinda feel like it doesn't need to be mentioned unless they bring it up. 3 is very young.  Sorry for your loss.
