Didn’t take it while pregnant but my psychiatrist actually prescribed me Benadryl to help me sleep a few months ago. It does wonders

I took it occasionally just to get some rest. But I mainly used it combine with Tylenol for migraines

My ob had me take bendaryl or unisom. I chose Benadryl just because I already had it. It has helped so muchhh

Not sure if you're into it but I diffused lavender when I couldn't sleep - helped so much!

@careylee, melatonin isn’t the best idea, your body does naturally produce it so when your body gets it from an outside source it will stop producing it and depend on the melatonin tablets for sleep

Unison is definitely safe so is benadryl and tylenol pm.. I wouldn't take anything else cause those are the only 3 I've ever heard of safe

I never tried Benadryl while pregnant but I get melatonin tablets from Walmart...it’s a sleep aid but your body naturally produces it...I give it to my 1.5 yr old all the time to make him sleep better at night....it’s safe for children and pregnant women up to 3 mg

I work in obgyn and i see a lot of patients taking unisom for sleep so i assume it’s okay
