I don’t know what Keegles are. I’ve asked family and no one really says anything. My dr really doesn’t think it’s a issue. But I hate wearing a pad all the time.

Do you mean like discharge or like incontinence? Cuz I had an issue with incontinence after I gave birth to my daughter and found out that I had tore some muscles trying to push and they were too weak to hold in pee, so I literally had to do physical therapy to rebuild my muscles back up. I had to do keegles alot, like 6 months before I could fully control my bladder again
