Sleep it off with Benadryl

Nothing worked for me.... but my dr suggested relaxing my eyes, get more sleep and dont focus too hard with my eyes because these are the things causing the pounding. Believe it or not it worked.

Take some Benadryl

Lots of water helps! Lay in a quiet dark room. My doctor actually had me on a pain reliever pill when I was pregnant. Since I have migraines and it helped and was safe during pregnancy.

Peppermint essential oil

I was having terrible headaches and when I took medicine it didnt work

But someone on here told me to drink something with caffeine and it helped

@kellynicole I'm actually currently at the doctors, BP is good just waiting on urine and blood to come back, ugh 😭
