HELP:
I have had at least three yeast infections through out this pregnancy. Currently battling one now that has been active for at least two weeks now. I’ve tried multiple medications prescribed by my doctor, creams and pills. I was wondering if there was any home remedies anyone was aware of? Any thing I should increase or decrease in my diet?

I was having the same problem and my doctor said I needed to start eating yogurt daily, I used the nystatin cream he gave me and started eating yogurt in the morning and before bed and I haven't had a problem since the last one cleared up 2 months ago

I don’t think there is much you can do. Your reoccurring yeast infections may be caused by your pregnancy
But to prevent possible other yeast infections, you can try adding more yogurt to your diet, and shrink your sugar intake because the yeast basically feeds off it
After you shower, dry the fuuuuuck out of your vagina (probably with a blow dryer), and wear loose breathable clothing & cotton panties
You just want to keep the area dry

Don’t take baths that makes it the worst, I had them all through my pregnancy and they were horrible and if you are having sex make sure you pee and shower after

It sounds like you have a pH imbalance.
Eat garlic with as many meals as possible. Eat yogurt containing active cultures but only ones that are low in sugar. You can try probiotics, but my doc said there is no scientific proof this helps.
This is going to sound really weird, but you can also insert a clove of garlic into your vagina overnight. It’s a natural method my doctor recommended. It works. I haven’t had a yeast infection in *years*.
Also, be careful what soap you wash with. Try something like Dove. You don’t want any scent or two many irritating ingredients.
Wash your underwear separately from anyone else’s. Mix a few drops of tea tree oil in your *scent-free* laundry detergent such as All Free and Clear. This will neutralize any enzymes in your underwear. Laundry detergent alone doesn’t clean your underwear.
At night, sleep without underwear and allow yourself to “air out”.
Hope this all helps. It’s been working for me for a long time.
