I hate not being able to financially help my partner.

I was put on medical leave in my first trimester and haven’t been able to return to my job or find new work due to my pregnancy.

I can’t even apply for medical EI because my “job” won’t give me my record of employment to give to the government so they can financially help until I go on maternity, which I also can’t get without my record of employment. 😩 I’m starting to feel useless and like bad mother.

I can’t help pay rent, or help with any of the bills and currently eat us out of house and home.

I feel like a failure. I’m already failing my son and my partner. 💔
