Does anyone else have really bad heartburn all the time??

I do... ive choked on mines atleast twice while sleeping. I find it helpful to raise my pillow at night but let me tell you be ready for neck pains. Nothing works!!!! 😭

@heathersampedro87, I actually did that this morning and it did help a little bit.

@ashleysheikh My doctor told me once if you lay on your left side with your head up a little bit and a pillow between your legs it will go away and it work sometimes too

@heathersampedro87, I've tried Pepcid, liquid Gaviscon extra strength, and now I'm trying Zantac extra strength twice a day every day. I'm just fed up with it, my throats hurts bad from it

@ashleysheikh Omg yes with this pregnancy already went through two big O bottles at Tums and I have to buy more Friday
