So question I don’t breastfeed but since my milk is going to dry up anyway but does the body stimulate and produce more milk when the baby is close or by you cause it’s like my breasts will tighten or sting a Lil when he close by or near my breasts .
My breast are heavy and full with milk but when I squeeze nothing comes out and when I try to pump nothing is pumped into the breast pump its like I have milk but its stuck and wont come out...any tips or help on this.. i really would like to breastfeed my daughter....

Quick question to breast feeding mum i would like to breast feed my baby when she comes as I’ve never really breast fed my other 2, is it uncomfortable also how is pumping out milk????? For bottle feeds is the pump uncomfortable... I would normally just breast feed and not pump when home but I do drive so when I’m out and can’t stop I’ll have to use a bottle...I remember trying to breast feed my youngest and I keeped getting milk ducts why was that??? I think that’s why I gave up as I was scared lol
When I mix breast milk and formula do you still add water into it?

@raynethuqqer, skin to skin can help produce milk but I haven’t heard of it making that big a difference. Try cold cabbage leaves in your bra that should help stop production too.

@santistevanmommie, no I know that about the milk it’s just weird like when he close by me or some it’s like my breast stimulate and produce more cause it’s a tightening feeling so that’s why I’m like I was wondering if it had some to do with his body being on mines like just holding him

At first they might but it should subside eventually once your milk dries up. As long as you don’t stimulate them the milk will go away

When its time for a feeding. At least for me thats when I start leaking
