After birth , get the depends silhouettes . Seriously the most comfortable things EVER! I lived in those bad boys for like two weeks after I had bubs ... no bulky pad . It wasn’t bulky at all, you couldn’t even tell in pants and it held ALLLL the blood , without worrying about the pad bunching or bleeding around it. It was FABuLOUS. They literally feel like regular undies .
