Well you said African American women only. But I use African American products on my hair. Shea moisture shampoo and conditioner, Argan oil, and Cantu curl cream.

My mother in law bought us "hair rules" and "rucker roots".....I prefer the Rucker Roots for curl

@kita_shortie, I use actual Argan oil it makes my hair super moisturized. I just use the Cantu curl cream to seal my hair to keep the moisture in.

@kita_shortie RuckerRoots.com @damn.it.red the Argon used to work for me before I was pregnant, now it doesn't. Also my guys hair stays dry even if I douse it in Argon oil 😔

I’m not African American but I have thick curly hair and use African American hair products. I really love As I Am, Cantu, and Kinky Curly and plain old extra virgin olive oil. If you haven’t already I would search naturallycurly.com and find ladies with the same hair type as you and go from there. Good luck on your hair journey! It’s a pain the ass but so worth it 💜
