Any one else's hand tingles and feet swollen

Poor circulation and also carpel tunnel happens alot during pregnancy... especially with twin pregnancies. I'm preggo with twins now and I have trouble opening everything because of my wrists, poor circulation too. I can't get through a nap for an hour without having to flip sides because I've gone numb. So frustrating but yes, normal.

I just figured poor circulation. It usually happens when I'm walking around with my hands dangling so I just lift them surgical style lol

Yes my arms and hands fall asleep all the time especially if im laying down
