In order to know if they are real or not- touch the top left of your belly and if it’s as hard as your forehead- go in ASAP

@matt.katie1217, sounds like it for me it was just like this and I didn’t think anything cause I was relaxed when I went to the ER I was having full blown contractions every 3every min to 2min

@adams2017, it is cramps on my left side...are those contractions? I got cramps and wrote them down with the picture above but idk if it's contractions...does it sound like it
